The color of one’s skin carries a lot of weight in the USA. There are many factions around the country that insist that the previous statement is not true. While these factions are trying to prove the statement false, reality is busy proving the statement is a fact. In 2026, skin color still plays a role in the perception people have of others. African Americans need to stop seeing the color black when they look at each other.
African Americans would benefit greatly from not seeing the color black, especially when they view each other. The reason is simple. African Americans express high levels of hostility towards people who resemble themselves. African Americans are considered black. If African Americans did not see the color black when they viewed one another, their communities may be more harmonious.
How safe would African American communities be if they saw each other as white people. Not how white people view African Americans, but literal white people. African Americans have been trained to view white people as the pinnacle of human existence. If African Americans saw each other as white people, their behavior towards each other would change immediately. The change would be undoubtedly for the better.
Let’s examine an average interaction between African Americans. If there is a group of African American males undoubtedly the N-word will be spoken. We all know the N-word root meaning is black. Imagine if those same African American males saw each other as white men. The dialogue would probably consist of: Mr. This and Mr. That, and, “How are you doing today Mr. Charley.” No racial epithets spoken towards one another, just simple terms that addresses each persons manhood. There would be a level of respect given that African Americans do not give each other, even when they fear the other African American.
How would interactions between African American females sound if they saw themselves as white females? Would they still refer to each other as B’s and H’s? Would they think of themselves, and each other, the way many African American females do in 2026? The act of African American females seeing themselves, and each other, as white women would be a giant step in rationalizing the blond, red, and brown weaves African American females have adopted. The obesity rate for African American females would also drop. This one possibility alone is a win for African American females and males.
This change of viewpoint does come with a caveat. There will be some African Americans who view themselves, and the African Americans around them, as poor whites. These African American will wear the poor white man suit jacket, a hoodie, like a badge of honor. These African Americans will see themselves as whites who have only one thing to be proud of, their whiteness. These African Americans will be a menace to their areas, and sell cheap drugs to one another. The one plus is that these African Americans who adopt the poor white mentality will usually stay in their neighborhoods, and not be all over the city. Upstanding citizens of all races won’t have to look at them.
There you have it. People always ask, “What is the solution?” Well, you were just given a great solution. African American people stop viewing yourself as black. See yourself, and each other, as white people, not black African American. Watch harmony come into your lives as you identify and become the race you idolized for centuries. Enjoy the transformation.
