The Links, Inc. MKE Chapter, Hosts Black Family Wellness Expo 2026

The Black Family Wellness Expo was held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Evolve Church (6550 N. 76th St.), providing free health screenings, resources, and wellness activities. Hosted by Cream City (WI) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. The event supports families with information on nutrition, mental health, and chronic disease prevention. This event is part of a national impact day of service aimed at promoting long-term health and wellness within the Black community. “Our mission is to provide the entire family with resources to promote mental, physical and emotional wellness services and resources. We want to educate the mind, body and soul,” said Berthena Brister, chapter president.
