Remembering LaVaughn G. Flinn

LaVaughn G Flinn was born on November 15, 1938 to the union of Otha Ellis and Thelma Ellis, In Chicago Illinois. She continued her life in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

LaVaughn received her education as an (Alumni) at St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church.

LaVaughn was employed 40 years with the United States Postal Service. Her Base office was Hilltop Post office.

Lavaughn G. Flinn departed her life on March 10, 2025. She was preceded in death by her father, Otha Ellis; mother, Thelma Ellis; sisters, Geraldine McCoy, Thelma Ellis, Wanda Phillips; brothers, Otha Ellis, Jr., Malcolm Ellis, Nathaniel Ellis; sons, James Flinn, Jr., Greald Flinn, and Nicholas Flinn.

LaVaughn leaves to cherish her memory sisters, Violet Armstrong and Arlene McCullough; children, Brenda Ellis, Arnold Flinn,Sr., Daniel Flinn, Sr., Denise Joshua, Kenneth Flinn Sr., Toni Flinn, and Sydney Ryan; and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great- great-great grandchildren, cousins and friends.

Services will take place:
Friday, March 28, 2025
All Saints Catholic Church
4051 N 25th St, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Visitation: 10:00 a.m. • Service: 11:00 a.m.
