Northcott Neighborhood House gifts home cooked meals and gifts to families on Christmas Day

On Monday, December 25, 2023, Northcott Neighborhood House hosted a festive celebration called “The 3rd Annual ‘Tis the Season Family Dinners & Toys” event at their location at 2460 N. 6th St. Nearly 200 volunteers participated on Christmas Day alone. There were home cooked Christmas family meals along with toys and presents for girls, boys and teens available. Thousands of free meals were handed out and organizers said volunteers have spent months preparing for the giveaway, helping to prepare the food and gifts for the community.
