NAACP Milwaukee Branch hosts ‘2022 Freedom Fund Dinner’

On Friday, October 21, 2022, the Milwaukee Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) hosted their “2022 Freedom Fund Dinner,” at the Wisconsin Center District, 400 West Wisconsin Ave. This year’s theme was “NAACP: This is Power,” and featured many local elected leaders of color. The event was hosted by NAACP Milwaukee Branch President Clarence P. Nicholas, MC’d by the Honorable Judge Maxine White, event chair was Dr. Gloria Pitchford-Nicholas and the keynote speaker was the NAACP Board of Directors Chairman Leon W. Russell.
