On Thursday, December 2, 2021, The Milwaukee Press Club hosted its annual ‘Meet the Media’ event at the Newsroom Pub, 137 E. Wells Street. The annual event lets members of the public meet and share ideas and comments with members of the press. This year to celebrate the 136th anniversary of the Milwaukee Press Club the ‘Meet the Media’ event featured celebrity bartenders. Among them were Milwaukee Times Publisher (retired) Lynda Jackson Conyers (right); Milwaukee County Sheriff and mayoral candidate Earnell R. Lucas (center), and local photojournalist Yvonne Kemp (left).
