Local business owner Arthur Reid, Jr., inducted into the National Civil Rights Hall of Fame

On Friday, April 3, 2015, Mr. Arthur Reid, Jr., owner and CEO of Reid’s New Golden Gate Funeral Homes, was inducted into the National Civil Rights Hall of Fame. The ceremony and dinner were held at Holy Angels School, 750 East 40th Street, Chicago, IL. Mr. Reid was inducted along with local businessman Ensley Brown. Both are members of St. Matthew CME Church here in Milwaukee.
