Brain, Brawn and Body presents Health and Wellness Summit

Leonard Wilson, Jr., owner of Divine Personal Fitness Training, LLC, leads an early morning volunteer calisthenics class at the “Brain, Brawn & Body Health & Wellness Summit for Men and the People Who Love Them” educational festival co-sponsored by BrainBrawn&Body.com and the Wheaton Fran- ciscan Healthcare Group at Journey House, 2110 W. Scott St., on June 20, 2015. The day-long program offered health screening, counseling on diet, exer- cise, obtaining affordable healthcare and physical activities, some of which were led by Packer leg- ends Gilbert Brown, LeRoy Butler, George Koonce and Harry Sydney. In his welcome to the sum- mit attendees, event organizer and publisher of BrainBrawn&Body.com Eric Von said, “With our website, Brain Brawn & Body and this event, it is our hope that men adopt the good habits that will lead to longer, more fulfilling lives for them and their loved ones.” That was the perfect sentiment, given that Father’s Day was the next day.
