Before they headed off to colleges and universities across the region, state and nation, the valedictorians and salutatorians of the Milwaukee Public Schools Class of 2014 were recognized by the Milwaukee Board of School Directors Thursday, May 26, 2014 .
College, university and other post-secondary destinations for the valedictorians and salutatorians from 34 traditional, specialty, alternative, charter and partnership schools in the MPS family include: Alverno College, apprenticeship programming, Beloit College, Cardinal Stritch University, Carroll University, Central State University (Ohio), Colorado College, Columbia University in the City of New York, Lakeland College, Marquette University, Milwaukee Area Technical College, the Milwaukee School of Engineering, Mount Mary University, New York University, Oral Roberts University, Rust College, the University of Illinois at Champaign -Urbana, the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, the University of Wisconsin-Waukesha and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
