Voice Of The Fatherless Child Spreads Cheer With 16th Annual ‘Single Parent Christmas Project’

On Friday, December 12, 2025, Voice of the Fatherless Child’s (VOTFC) founder Monte Mabra joined forces with sponsors and partners to spread the spirit of giving. For more than 16 years, Monte Mabra, A.J. Traylor of Home Depot Port Washington location and Micheal Hupy of Hupy & Abraham Law firm have been going into the homes of 10 families each year. These families either fell on hard times or was referred to VOTFC. For 4 years, Courtney King of Home Depot, Grafton, WI has also been a part of the Single Parent Christmas Project. However, this year the team grew as Monte and Quinn Taylor of the Office of Community Wellness and Safety came together to spread the joy. Although it was their first year together, Mabra and Taylor worked amazingly together. Taylor’s team was made up of Audrianna Hutchinson of the Office of Community Wellness & Safety, Lynn Lewis Executive Director of 414LIFE and Amir Grooms, Outreach leader all came together to help the 10 families have a Merry Christmas.
