Northcott Neighborhood House Senior Club presents “Remember & Rejoice Luncheon”

On Friday, March 18, 2022, Northcott Neighborhood House Executive Director Tony A. Kearney, Sr., and Northcott Senior Club hosted “Remember & Rejoice Luncheon,” at 2400 N. 6th Street. The luncheon was held in order to rejoice over the possible ending of the pandemic, and to spend time with good friends and great food. It was a chance to share one-on-one conversations once again as the pandemic left many seniors feeling lonely and isolated. The luncheon was a celebration of reconnections as well as the ending of the pandemic. As well as reconnecting, there was also good food, information and special presentations by County Board Supervisor Priscilla Coggs-Jones and Michelle Allison from the Department of Aging (lower photo).
