April Shané Anderson-Taylor was born on May
11, 1985 to parents Robert (step-father) and Misty Angel and Vada
Lewis (biological father) in Champaign, Illinois. She received her
elementary education through the Augusta (Georgia), Watertown (New
York), Urbana (Illinois) and Franklin (Wisconsin) school systems. April
graduated from Franklin High School in 2003. She eventually earned
her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison along
with her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from
Cardinal Stritch University (Milwaukee).
