‘Faces of Hope 2014,’ was held on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the Wisconsin African American Women’s Center Grand Hall, located at 3020 West Vliet Street. The annual luncheon serves to honor men and women who have contributed to the community. The event also serves as a fund raiser for the WAAW center which was founded in 1997 and serves as a small business incubator, training center and community resource facility.
