The Wisconsin African American Women’s (WAAW) Center held its “24th Annual Faces of Hope Hat Luncheon” on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the WAAW Center, 3020 W. Vliet St. The theme for this year was “Living Legacies” and the Mistress of Ceremonies was Dr. Janice R. Pugh (middle photo). Comedian Inger “Spitfire” Henderson, the auctioneer for the bidding on the hats the models wore, made the luncheon a success.
