Top Teens of America holds its fall induction for 11 local youth

Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated (TLOD), Milwaukee Chapter, held its Fall Top Teens of America (TTA) Induction Ceremony, Sunday, December 8, 2024, at Jerusalem Empowered A. M. E. Church. The event had wonderful support from parents and friends. The Milwaukee Chapter is one of the most productive and competitive chapters among 126 in the organization. Leadership development, service, and self-development, while focusing on education, scholarship, mentoring, and cultural awareness are stressed by TLOD. Eleven were participants in the induction ceremony with the TTA President Taylor Lipscomb presiding.
The 11 inductees are: Miles Andrew Martin, Alanna Loyd, Eden Jordan, Colston Emmanuel Henry, Jada Farrington-Coleman. Brooklyn Easley, Ava Willis, Ja’Kyah Teague, Skye Smith, Noah Smith, and Jonah Herman Smith. Lady Sharon Lockwood-Adams is the Milwaukee Chapter TTA Advisor. Lady Dara Atandare is the Milwaukee Chapter TLOD President. Lady Catherine E. Miles is the TTA Induction Coordinator. TLOD was founded in Tyler, TX in 1974. The Milwaukee Chapter was chartered by Lady Ira Jean Henry on February 24, 1985.
