On Tuesday, June 18, 2019, the Rotary Club of Milwaukee hosted their Tuesday Speaker series. This series brings in guest speakers to talk about different hot topics that affect our community. This past Tuesday, the guest speaker was the Milwaukee Urban League (MUL) President and CEO Dr. Eve M. Hall, who talked about the work of the MUL and how it has grown and changed over the last 100 years but always maintained its mission to help empower African Americans and helped to change their lives.
The luncheon series is regularly held at War Memorial Center’s Memorial Hall, 750 N. Lincoln Memorial Dr., 3rd Floor. Much like the MUL, the Rotary Club of Milwaukee is dedicated to help improving the lives of those in Milwaukee and offers these luncheons as a way of discussing important and pressing topics in the community.
