Northwest Funeral Home hosts annual ‘Back-to-School Book Bag Give-A-Way’

On Saturday, August 25, 2018, Northwest Funeral Chapel hosted its annual “Back-to-School Book Bag Give-A-Way,” at the Northwest Family Activity and Event Center, 4034 West Good Hope Rd. This year the children not only received free back packs to start the new school year; there were also free school supplies, reading books, flu shots, hair cuts, as well and food and games.
The Milwaukee Times Black Excellence Committee (lower photo) was also there to hand out Popsicles that were provided by Cedar Crest Ice Cream, new reading books, and school supplies to the attendees. Pictured at the event are (upper photo) the staff of Northwest Funeral Chapel and Northwest Family Activity and Event Center. Both are owned by J.C. Frazier and Victoria Frazier.
