Northcott Neighborhood House presents ‘I Am Juneteenth’ 2023 Freedom Ball

On Saturday, June 10, 2023, Northcott Neighborhood House hosted the “I Am Juneteenth” 2023 Freedom Ball. This year’s ball was a chance for more than four hundred guests to fellowship, network, and have fun. The Juneteenth Scholarship Court, including Ms. Juneteenth Day Adaobi Nnamuchi (lower, right photo) was also on hand to greet guest and take part in the festivities. As part of the night’s events, Northcott and the Juneteenth board honored those in our community who make a difference. This year’s “Because of Them We Can,” honorees (left photo) included the Brew City Corvette Club, Bria Grant, Torre Johnson, Doug Kelley, Tamara Hogans, Yvonne Kemp, Tadashi Roberts, Community Service honoree Eli Bliffert, and Father of the Year honoree Fred Collier.
