
On Saturday, May 17, 2025, The Milwaukee Times Weekly Newspaper along with WGLB 1560 AM and 96.1 FM Radio hosted their first ever “Springtime Job and Resource Fair,” at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, 2829 N. Teutonia Ave. The resource fair offered information on banking and lending, health screenings, funeral planning, access to community resources, and job placement.

Among the presenters were Milwaukee Health Services, Inc., Community Care, Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC), the Milwaukee Fire Department (MFD), Old National Bank, City of Milwaukee, Alzheimer Association of Wisconsin, Jacobs Legacy Ladder, LLC, Our Daily Bread Community Outreach Center, and Neka’s Funeral and Cremation Services.

The event is part of The Milwaukee Times‘ commitment to furthering our community by providing the information and means to improve quality of life.
