Milwaukee Chapters of TLOD and TTOA attend ’47th Leadership Conference’

On March 9-12, 2023, the Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. (TLOD) and Top Teens of America – Milwaukee Chapters attended “Top Ladies of Distinction Area III – 47th Leadership Conference” in St. Louis, MO. The convention was held at the downtown Hyatt Regency at the Arch in St. Louis. Members celebrated 50 years of exemplary service, which also was the theme. More than three hundred women and teens from the Midwest were in attendance.

The convention workshops focused on leadership, community service, mentorship and sisterhood. TLOD Chapter President Cheryl Buckhanan, and Chapter Membership Chairperson Catherine Miles, coordinated the travel to St. Louis.

The following TLOD members were honored at the convention: Dara Atandare, Vivian Mays; and teens Terri Alise Mims, O’Neal Stamps, and Ashlee Carter.
