M.O.M.S. Tour hosts ‘Community Baby Shower’ at Holy Redeemer C.O.G.I.C.

On Sunday, June 11, 2023, the Maternal Outcomes Matter Shower (M.O.M.S.) Tour hosted a community baby shower for black, American Indian and native Alaskan parents at Holy Redeemer Church of God in Christ, 3500 West Mother Daniels Way. The event offered both new and expecting mothers and fathers information and resources, including information on how to become a certified doola and help other new mothers. This event was brought to you by Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Holy Redeemer Institutional Church Of God In Christ, World Vision International, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, COGIC Urban Initiatives, Just Serve, and Boppy.
