Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield of WI provides COVID-19 and flu shots at Progressive Community Health Centers

On Thursday, December 9, 202, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield of WI partnered with Progressive Community Health Centers at their clinics in Milwaukee to provide COVID-19 and flu vaccinations. Walk-ins were welcome and those who took part receive a free gift card. Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield of WI has teamed up with the faith-based and community organization to provide COVID-19 and flu vaccination, health and resource information to the community. The next event will be held at Holy Redeemer Institutional Church of God in Christ on Sunday, December 19, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please Bring your photo I.D. and insurance cards.
