Honorable Judge Clarence R. Parrish honored with street naming

On Friday March 7, 2025, the City of Milwaukee installed street signs on North Teutonia Avenue between West
Center Street and West Clark Street, renaming Teutonia to honor Judge Clarence R. Parrish Street. His daughter
Atty. Shelia M. Parrish-Spence, JD, MSE licensed lawyer for State of Wisconsin was present along with
family members for the unveiling of the street sign in her father. City officials, Mayor Cavalier Johnson; Alderwoman
Andrea M. Pratt, and Chief Judge Carl Ashley of the First Judicial District attended the unveiling. The
men of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, of which Judge Parish was a member, were their to support their fraternity
brother, Judge Clarence R. Parrish and his daughter.
