Her story is a testament to her deep-rooted passion for serving her community and her unwavering commitment to excellence.

Growing up in the 15th District of Milwaukee County, Candice experienced firsthand the importance of accessible healthcare services. This experience ignited a fire within her to make a difference in the lives of others. Her belief in the power of servant leadership is evident in her dedication to the professional and personal development of her team members. She places their needs above her own, knowing that a satisfied and fulfilled team will deliver the best possible care to their community.

One of Candice’s favorite quotes is, “Smiling is infectious; you can catch it like the flu. Someone smiled at me today and now I’m smiling too.” This quote reflects her positive outlook on life and her belief in the power of kindness and positivity. Candice’s leadership is guided by this principle, and she strives to create a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated.

Candice’s areas of expertise are vast and varied, ranging from leadership development to revenue cycle management. Her educational background includes a Master of Business Administration degree from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Concordia University of Wisconsin. She also holds multiple certifications in executive leadership and finance management, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and growth.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Candice is actively involved in various community organizations, including Tempo Milwaukee, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association Finance Committee.
