(MHSI), Milwaukee County Department of Family Care, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, Molina Healthcare and Cedric the Entertainer Charitable Foundation will host a Community Health Fair on Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Isaac Coggs Heritage Health Cen- ter located at 8200 W. Silver Spring Drive.
