C.H. Mason and Outreach Community Health Centers announce partnership

On Friday, April 25, 2025, C.H. Mason Health Clinic and Outreach Community Health Centers (OCHC) announced their partnership to enhance access to comprehensive health services within our local communities, at the C.H. Mason Health Clinic, 4858 N. Mother Daniels Way. Through this collaboration, OCHC will provide essential support and guidance to C.H. Mason Health Clinic, helping to address health disparities and better serve uninsured and underinsured individuals.

As part of this partnership, C.H. Mason Health Clinic is now an official service location of OCHC. The clinic will offer a wide range of primary care and behavioral health services, including routine medical care and physical exams, minor injury treatment, health and nutrition education and counseling, and behavioral health services. This partnership represents a significant step forward in a shared mission to improve health outcomes and ensure equitable access to care for all members of the community.
