
JCrew Foundation Inc. held its 3rd Annual Adaptive Basketball Camp at Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy on April 25, 2026 from 2pm-4:30pm. This camp is tailored to individuals with Autism and Other Disabilities, in the Milwaukee Community, where participants work on improving their skills, mastering the game and boosting their confidence on the court. Participants’ age levels range from 3 yrs-26 yrs. Volunteers from the community participated to help, guide and support participants in a fun, energetic and safe environment to increase social participation. Branden and Jonda Joseph, who are the founders of JCrew Foundation Inc., have a child with autism and wanted to create another outlet for individuals with disabilities to engage in the Milwaukee Community. Three of their board members also attended and volunteered-Damon Shoates, Susie Canady, and Jackie Spence.
