Second Annual Milwaukee Bucks Camp Held at North Division High School

From June 29, 2026 – July 3, 2026, for the second time since the 1980’s, the Milwaukee Bucks held its Camp at North Division High School. The Milwaukee Bucks along with MPS Recreation and the George Gerharz North Division Alumni and Friends, Inc. worked together to make this camp possible. Young people, ages 7 – 14, both male and female participated in the camp.

The fee for individual campers was $215.00. While some parents were able to afford the fee, the camp received contributions from North Division Alumni and Friends and local foundations. Representative from the group stated that they are hoping to get more sponsors next year.

Special recognition to the following volunteers for their advice and support: Alumni Dr. Howard Fuller and Helen Harris; friends, The Office of the Milwaukee Public Schools Superintendent, William Clay, Eddie Goodwin of MPS Recreation, Aaron Williams of Milwaukee Boys and Girls Clubs, and Sam Williams; and Milwaukee Times Weekly Newspaper Publisher, Reverend Harold Turner and staff.
