Top Ladies of Distinction Host Induction Ceremony for Top Teens

Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. (TLOD) Milwaukee Chapter sponsors a youth group called Top Teens of America (TTA). The Fall 2025 TTA Induction Ceremony was held at St. Mark A. M. E. Church, on Sunday, December 7, 2025, for 21 candidates from the Metropolitan Milwaukee area and Racine. The youth group’s focus is on service, self-development, educational enrichment, leadership development, and mentorship. Rev. Dr. Joy L. Gallmon, Pastor at St. Mark AME Church presided over the event, which was attended by family and friends. The chapter’s work is well known throughout the organization. The current TTA Advisor is Sharon Lockwood – Adams, TTA Chapter President is (teen) Samara Saunders; TLOD Chapter President is Dara Atandare; and Catherine E. Miles is the TTA Induction Coordinator.
