The Pauline Redmond Coggs Foundation, Inc., established by the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Epsilon Kappa Omega Chapter, awarded nine organizations with $1,200 each on Saturday, January 7, 2023. Those organizations presented an award along with their representatives included: ABCD (After Breast Cancer Diagnosis) – Ellen Schupper; Common Ground Heathcare Cooperative – Jennifer O’Hear; Cynthia’s Breast Cancer Giving Circle – Cynthia Hooker; Mother’s LUV – Kimberly Alexander; Milwaukee Catholic Home – Julia Means; Sojourner Family Peace Center – Lindsay Schoettlin; Artists Working in Education – LaShawdra Vernon; Gates Family Center – Yolanda Gates; and, IDA WI – Priscilla Gresens. Seated with the award recipients are the Foundation’s President, Debra Brown Wallace and Vice President, Tanzanique Carrington.
