On Sunday, July 4, 2021, Luverta Bryant celebrated her 90th birthday on the Milwaukee Voyager Cruise Line on Lake Michigan. Helping her celebrate her 90 years was a live band, five generations of family and her dearest friends. As a special surprise Luverta received a proclamation from the City of Milwaukee Common Council to mark the momentous occasion.
