Head to Obama SCTE for Open Gym Basketball this winter

Spread the word – Milwaukee Recreation is offering Open Gym Basketball at Obama SCTE this winter!

Community members between the ages of 17-29 are welcome to stop by Obama SCTE (5075 N Sherman Blvd.) for free pick-up basketball games on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-10 p.m. These sessions are already underway and open to the community. The winter Open Gym sessions run through Feb. 10 (note these days off: Dec. 21-30, Jan. 4, and Feb. 1)

Men and women are invited to participate! Participants must show ID at the door, and cannot be currently enrolled in high school. No spectators are allowed.

Open Gym Information

• Who: Ages 17-29, non-high school students (men and women invited to participate)
• Where: Obama SCTE (5075 N Sherman Blvd.)
• Dates: Dec. 7 – Feb. 10 (closed Dec. 21-30, Jan. 4, and Feb. 1)
• Times: Tuesday and Thursday, 7-10 p.m.
• No registration needed; all walk-ups are free
