Carver Academy to rename library in honor of educator Joyce A. Hall

On Friday, December 10, 2021, Milwaukee Public Schools' (MPS) George Washington Carver Academy, 1900 N. 1st St.,hosted a formal ceremony to dedicate their library to Joyce A. Hall.
