Mr. Harold Wilburn, Jr. was born on October 3, 1934 in Marshall, TX to the union of Harold Wilburn, Sr. and Laura Griffin Wilburn. He accepted Christ as his savior and united with Jackson Temple, where he served in various positions during his youth. Harold received his primary education from Marshall, TX public schools. In 1951, Harold relocated to Milwaukee, WI with his parents. He continued his education at North Division High School.
