From June 26 – July 7, 2019, Milwaukee got their “Smile On” during the World’s largest music festival, Summerfest. This year offered a wide variety of acts for all ages. Among the artists performing were living legends such as Chaka Khan, Lionel Richie, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and The Spinners; current hot acts such as Snoop Dog, The Roots, T-Pain, Lil Wayne, and Jacob Latimore; and hot up-and-comers including Lizzo, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, Vic Mensa, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, and Schoolboy Q; plus 100’s of others.

On the final day of Summerfest 2019, 30,000 free tickets were handed out for Summerfest 2020 to fans as they passed through the gates for Fan Appreciation Day. Next year’s Summerfest plans to be even bigger and better with the completion of phase 2 of their grounds overhaul.
