
Russell W. Stamper, II
Milwaukee County Supervisor Russell W. Stamper, II, edged out Eyon Biddle Sr., in the April 29th, 15th district aldermanic race to succeed Willie Hines. Stamper won 954 votes to Biddle’s 923.
Stamper will serve the unexpired term of former Common Council President Willie Hines who resigned earlier this year to take a job as associate director of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee. Stamper will serve until 2016.
