On Saturday, February 28, 2020, the Northcott Neighborhood House celebrated Black History Month with a musical event, “Reverberation,” at 2460 North 6th Street. The theatrical event highlighted Milwaukee’s youth through their talent, musicianship and drama performances to spread positivity happening in Milwaukee’s urban community. The students featured music by icons like Marvin Gaye, John Legend, Audra Day, Curtis Mayfield, Bob Marley, and dramatic pieces devised by youth, capturing the current spirit of community, citizenship, civility and unity.
