On Saturday, July 19, 2025, the Mixed Generation (‘Mixed G’), held ‘A Mixed Generation Dinner Celebration’ for their 31 years of music and services to the community at the Nicolet High School Cafertorium in Glendale, WI. The event was sponsored by the Milwaukee Brewers Community Foundation with its president Cecelia Gore. The Mixed Generation is a unique group of young as well as seasoned individuals that continue to do positive things to counter the negatives that go on in our communities, our nation, and in the world at large by providing inspirational music and through uplifting performing arts activities. The evening was filled with fun and laughter, starting with the host, ‘Mixed G’ member entertainer, and comedian Bradford D. Handley (a.k.a. D-ROCK). ‘Mixed G’ members present included: Charles L. Walton, Kenneth Perry, Sr., Patricia Donald, Makisha Biles, Arnaldo Rivas, Shalan Pickens, Chris Jones, Tamaria Liddell-Kulemeka, who was visiting from Ohio, and Toni Martin who now resides in New York.
