Milwaukee Urban League fills backpacks for ‘Stuff the Bag’ event

On Tuesday, July 30, 2019, The Milwaukee Urban League (MUL) staff, the MUL Guild, and the MUL Young Professionals teamed together with Merrill Lynch Financial Advisors for a “Stuff the Bags” back-to-school service project.
The volunteers filled more than 140 backpacks to be distributed to schools in MUL’s neighborhood schools program, including OW Holmes, Auer Avenue, Carver Academy, and Marvin Pratt Elementary School.
