Milwaukee Health Services, Inc. hosts Luau Lullaby Community Baby Shower

On Saturday, May 12, 2018, Milwaukee Health Services, Inc. (MHSI) along with Molina Healthcare hosted the “Luau Lullaby Community Baby Shower”at the MLK Heritage Health Center, 2555 N. MLK Dr., in recognition of Mother’s Day.
Participants had the opportunity to attend educational sessions, and meet with community- based health and social service agencies, physicians, clinicians and benefit coordinators to help answer health and insurance-related questions.
Special guests included City of Milwaukee Health Commissioner Dr. Patricia McManus, comedian Kelly Kells, DJ Cheerio, and Jammin’ 98.3 radio personality Andrea Williams. The baby shower also received many donations of items and cash that were raffled off as prizes to expecting parents.
The event also featured free healthy food and beverages, and all attendees received a gift bag from Molina Healthcare filled with diapers, hand sanitizers, baby bath set, wipes, disposable bibs, medicine spoons, outlet covers, stress balls and water bottle.
