Outreach Community Health Center Hosts ‘Annual Community Health & Resource Fair

The Outreach Community Health Centers “Annual Community Health & Resource Fair” took place on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at their center at, 220 W. Capitol Drive. This free event was open to the public and featured free health screenings and education; free back-to-school supplies; fresh produce and free food; family-friendly activities, games, and music; raffle giveaways and community resource booths.
