MTEC hosts ‘Achieve The Dream’ fundraiser and luncheon

On Friday, April 27, 2017 the Milwaukee Teacher Education Center (MTEC) hosted their annual “Achieve The Dream” fundraiser and luncheon at the Iron Horse Hotel, 500 West Florida Street. The event was emceed by TMJ4 News sports reporter Rob Burks and featured an interview with retired Green Bay Packer LeRoy Butler. MTEC is a not-for-profit, teacher certification and professional development center designed to recruit, support and retain teachers and school leaders in urban settings. MTEC has certified nearly 2,000 highly qualified teachers through their certification programs.
