Planning for life after high school has many steps, but the journey is easier when families start early. Attend the MPS College and Career Night on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Students will learn to identify their interests, seek out college and technical school options, and make informed decisions about their career pathway. High school sophomores and juniors are encouraged to attend along with a family member.
Students and families should begin preparing for life after graduation in 10th and 11th grade. Families will learn what to expect and how to prepare as students plan for their futures. This event will help students and families explore important areas:
• Navigate career pathways
• Enhance self-awareness through self-assessments
• Use a variety of resources to explore and gather information
• Make informed decisions about college and tech school options
• Get tips from MPS graduates
