In recognition of National Black Marriage Day, over a dozen couples renewed their marriage vows on Sunday, March 13, 2016. The annual wedding event took place at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 1825 W Hampton Ave. Rev. Dr. Russell B. Williamson, pastor of Mt. Zion, officiated the marriage renewal ceremony and retired assistant Milwaukee fire chief and current Milwaukee Public School Board member Mark Sain was the keynote speaker.
