Mount Zion Baptist Church Senior ministry held its annual hat show on Sunday, October 27, 2013. The ladies and men sported
fashionable headwear for the fall season. This annual event was started by two senior church members, Lorene Hutchins and Barbara
Simpson (deceased). The models who participated came from local churches throughout Milwaukee. Maxine Jeter and Shirley
Warren coordinated the afternoon activity for their mother, Ms. Hutchins who was unable to attend due to illness. The proceeds from
the hat luncheon supports senior activities within the church. Rev. Louis Sibley III is the pastor.
