Garfield’s 502 Celebrates Their ‘2026 R&B Festival’

On Saturday, September 12, 2026, Garfield’s 502 Restaurant hosted its annual “2026 Garfield’s 502 R&B Festival,” that spanned the blocks of Garfield Ave. from MLK Drive to 7th Street. The event, which was free and open to the public, focused on a family-friendly entertainment lineup consisting of more than 20 bands and artists, as well as food offerings, more than 100 local vendors and much more. It was estimated that more than 20,000 people were in attendance.

“The 2026 Garfield’s 502 R&B Festival was truly one for the books and, in my opinion, our best year yet,” said Board President Melissa Buford.
