The Milwaukee Times is excited to officially announce the return of the Small Business Spotlight to the pages of the Milwaukee Times Weekly Newspaper.
We have parented in this effort with local entrepreneur Bianca Williams who will be our touchpoint between ourselves and our local small business.
“This role means so much to me because small businesses are the backbone of our community. From entrepreneurs just starting out to legacy businesses that have served Milwaukee for decades, I’m committed to highlighting stories, resources, and opportunities that help our people grow and thrive,” said Ms. Williams.
“These are the stories we want to focus on in the community. Business and individuals who are helping build our community’s equity and driving its economic sustainability,” said Milwaukee Times Printing and Publishing owner Rev. Harold Turner. “We really want to focus more on our wonderful community here in the city. There have been things in recent year’s that have distracted us from that but we are rededicating ourselves to that as we celebrate our 45th year in this community.”
“This is about uplifting Milwaukee businesses, amplifying voices, and building generational impact,” said Ms. Williams.
