Robert Clayton (R.C.) Wheeler, Jr. was born on December 12, 1953, to parents R.C. Sr. and Martha (Randolph) Wheeler in Blytheville, Arkansas. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. At the age of seven, he and his family moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
