Thanks to the support of their sponsors, partners, and volunteers, Our Daily Bread’s (ODB) “2nd Annual Mothers’ Shower” was a success. Mothers arrived at the Clinton Rose Senior Citizen Center, 3045 N. Dr. MLK, Jr., Drive feeling stressed but left the event relaxed and liberated. A special thanks to their signature sponsor, Ascension Healthcare. Others sponsors and partners included Molina Healthcare, Hopenetwork for Single Mothers, Blanket of Love, Omin Therapy Massage and Body Work, Dipped by Missy, DCF MECA Provider Liaison, Salvation Army, Center Street Nail Tech, Froedert Hospital, Celani Skin Wellness, ECares Inc., and Chorus Community Health Plan. Together, they are reducing mental health challenges and promoting healthy minds. The event was held on September 19, 2024.
