Jingle and mingle this holiday season at the inaugural ‘Sparkle & Shine’ event

Jingle & mingle this holiday season!

Join Milwaukee Recreation at our inaugural Sparkle & Shine event to enjoy holiday crafts, seasonal refreshments, and light snacks as you view our creatively decorated trees and visit with others. There will be additional exhibitions for Hanukkah and Kwanzaa as well.

Each participant will receive five raffle tickets to enter a drawing to win one of the decorated trees to take home and enjoy! All trees are artificial and range in color and size (5-7 feet). All trees will be fully decorated with lights, ornaments, and ribbons.

Where: OASIS Community Center (2414 W. Mitchell St.)

When: Thursday, Dec. 1, 5-7 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 3, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Cost: $3 per person* (children 3 and under are free) *includes five raffle tickets, warm drinks, and snacks

Ten trees of varying sizes will be given to randomly selected winners. The raffle will occur on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 1 p.m. You do not need to be present to win. Decorated trees must be picked up by Friday, Dec. 9 at 3 p.m.
